The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Overoid smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.

It looks like George Peterson has been cut.
Peterson keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Overoid.
A head kick misses from Overoid.
Peterson avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Peterson misses with a looping right.
Overoid follows through with a counter body kick but it doesn't land.
Peterson throws a leg kick that misses.
Peterson uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Overoid.
Peterson looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Overoid looks to land a left hand but Peterson moved out of range nicely.

Peterson misses with a hook. Overoid ducked under it nicely.
Peterson sets himself, and Overoid steps forward looking for the clinch! Peterson avoids it this time.

Overoid loads up on a big right hand but Peterson slips the punch.
Peterson thows a leg kick but Overoid checks it
and Overoid connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Overoid blocks a low kick nicely.
Peterson feints a jab promting Overoid to slip. Peterson then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Overoid slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Peterson.
Overoid is still on wobbly legs! Can Peterson finish him?
Peterson lands a nice shot to the body.
Overoid looks to land a right hand but Peterson moved out of range.
Overoid seems to have recovered his senses.
No joy there for Peterson, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Peterson throws a lazy right hand but Overoid sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Overoid gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Peterson.
Overoid tries to clinch
and before Overoid has any time to reset, Peterson cracks him with a big right hand that drops him face first to the canvas! He's hurt! I don't think he's going to get back up from that one! He's trying but he's doing the chicken dance and has face planted into to ropes, causing the referee to bring this fight to an end! This one is all over!
