Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

With a record of 5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Rei Spears!
The judges for this bout are Bart Greer, Sandra Marshall and Dirk Anderson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kasza tries for a takedown but Spears sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
It seemed like Spears was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Spears throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Kasza doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Spears counters with a nice uppercut.
Spears stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Spears wants it to stay on the feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Artur Kasza. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Spears missing with a left hand there. Kasza was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Spears throws the left hand but Kasza avoids the punch easily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Kasza's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Kasza lands a big elbow and you can see that really hurt Spears! Kasza senses the opportunity and scores with more strikes - he's put Spears out! The ref tackles him out of the way to prevent him landing more strikes - this one is all over!
