Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Teabwana Jienk (ranked 1572 p4p, 197 weight class) and Johnny Adermundie (ranked 7262 p4p, 543 weight class). Adermundie is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Peak Times by Switch. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Teabwana Jienk!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Johnny Adermundie!
The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Elvis Blanc and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jienk gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Jienk ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Jienk no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Jienk has a closed guard, preventing Adermundie from standing up.
Jienk is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Jienk lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.
Jienk prevents Adermundie from getting back to his feet.
Jienk wants to pass the guard but Adermundie is keeping the position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Adermundie is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Jienk stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Adermundie swivels though and keeps the full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Adermundie wants to stand but Jienk is controlling the position.

Jienk sitting in guard, not really doing much.
Adermundie wants to stand up but Jienk is controlling him.
Jienk not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Adermundie really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Jienk. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Adermundie tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Adermundie has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Jienk is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Jienk clinches up with Adermundie and pushes him back against the cage.
Jienk avoids the elbow strike from Adermundie, against the cage.
Jienk has Adermundie pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Jienk pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Adermundie tumbling to the mat - Jienk dives into Adermundie's guard.

Jienk is pushing down on Adermundie's leg trying to pass to half guard. Adermundie is fighting to maintain full guard but Jienk has managed to sneak the leg through.
Adermundie is looking to escape.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Jienk wants to pass the guard but Adermundie is defending well.
Jienk trying to control the pace.
Jienk is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Adermundie is trying to stand up here but Jienk is controlling him well.

Jienk moves into full mount! Adermundie won't be happy about that!
Adermundie is trying to stand but he's not in a good position to be doing that! Jienk has taken his back!

Jienk is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Adermundie is defending well though. Jienk let's go of the attempt for now.
A bit of a pause in the action here. Jienk controlling the positon.
Jienk's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
Adermundie is trying to stand back up.
Adermundie is squirming around looking to escape but he's just wriggling himself into more trouble. Jienk sinks in the hooks and manages to tighten his grip on a rear naked choke. Adermundie has no choice but to tap and Jienk jumps to his feet to celebrate and slick submission win!
