Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Leonid Spartak (ranked 9839 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dzoko Dzoker (ranked 3583 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Leonid Spartak has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Leonid Spartak seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Dzoker drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Dzoker makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.

It looks like Leonid Spartak has been cut.
Spartak throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land.

Spartak is looking for a triangle but Dzoker pushes his legs off easily.
Dzoker postures up in Spartak's guard and throws a big left but Spartak blocks it.
Dzoker controls from within his opponent's guard.
Dzoker is working Spartak over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Spartak is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Dzoker is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Spartak is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Spartak has escaped and now he's on top!

Spartak throws a strike but Dzoker rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Leonid Spartak's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Dzoker is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
