Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Conor Martin!
The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, Eddie Farnsworth and Columbo Gatti.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Martin has Arnold up against the cage in a clinch.
Martin fails to pull guard.
Arnold tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Martin smiles and moves away.

Martin shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Arnold manages to get to full guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Arnold is trying to control the position but Martin postures up.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Martin wants to pass the guard but Arnold is keeping the position.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Martin is fighting to break Arnold's control of his arms but Arnold is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

Arnold looks up at the clock and then as Martin takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Arnold smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!

Arnold is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Martin's shoulder. That is not cool.
Martin takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Arnold lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Martin down.

Martin escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Arnold gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Martin is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Arnold defends well.
