The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Robert Twigg and Stewart Dunkirk.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wheat tries to close the distance and clinch up but Man swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Man misses with a series of wild punches.
Wheat keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Man throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Wheat was covering up waiting for the punch and Man finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Man wants to get up but he can't break Wheat's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Man postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Wheat is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Man, into his guard.

Wheat has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Man pulls Wheat in close to prevent any damage.

Man wants to stand but Wheat is controlling the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Man wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.
Wheat will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Wheat pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Man is keeping the position for now.
Wheat looking to sit in guard and control but Man gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Wheat on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Wheat tries to get out of the position.

Man cracks Wheat with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Man immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Wheat is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Man!
