Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Herbert Fliegknecht (ranked 2896 p4p, 371 weight class) and Daniel Orndorf (ranked 3304 p4p, 422 weight class). Orndorf has chosen Wrecking Ball - Andrew Baena as his entrance music. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Herbert Fliegknecht!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Daniel Orndorf!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Orndorf misses with a head kick.
Fliegknecht looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Orndorf lands a jab to Fliegknecht's midsection.
Orndorf circles away from the clinch attempt
and Orndorf counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Orndorf looks to land a combination but Fliegknecht avoids it well.
Fliegknecht moves in looking to clinch but Orndorf pushes him off.
Orndorf lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Orndorf swats away the attempt to clinch by Fliegknecht.
Orndorf swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Fliegknecht wants to clinch.
It seemed like Orndorf was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
A telegraphed right hand from Orndorf misses the target.
Orndorf cracks Fliegknecht with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Fliegknecht misses with a head kick.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Orndorf darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Orndorf lands a big uppercut and Fliegknecht crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Fliegknecht looks OK. Orndorf waves Fliegknecht back to his feet!
Fliegknecht is rocked!
Fliegknecht moves out of range of the strikes.
Fliegknecht throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Fliegknecht keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Orndorf.
Orndorf has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Fliegknecht is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Orndorf feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Fliegknecht sprawling to the canvas! Fliegknecht rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Orndorf finish him?!
Oh Fliegknecht is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Daniel Orndorf seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Fliegknecht is aggressively charging in as Orndorf backs up avoiding any damage. Orndorf tosses out a jab and Fliegknecht runs right into it face first! Fliegknecht is out cold! Orndorf dropped down on all fours and is barking in Fliegknecht's face like a pit bull in celebration until the ref was finally able to pull him away!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:25 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Daniel Orndorf!
An out of breath Daniel Orndorf thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
