Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Ignatius Thistlewhite (ranked 1515 p4p, 163 weight class) and Mick Mulvaney (ranked 1237 p4p, 136 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Mulvaney's choice of entrance music: The Rocky Road To Dublin. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ignatius Thistlewhite!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Mick Mulvaney!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Gwen Towbar and Stewart Dunkirk.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thistlewhite misses with a takedown attempt
and Mulvaney counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Mulvaney swinging wildly here.
Mulvaney looks to land a combination. Thistlewhite sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.

It looks like Ignatius Thistlewhite has been cut.
Mulvaney showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Thistlewhite.
Thistlewhite misses with a head kick.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Mulvaney! But no joy.
Thistlewhite dives in for a single leg takedown but Mulvaney sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Mulvaney throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Mulvaney lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.

Thistlewhite is rocked!
Mulvaney changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Mulvaney darts in and clinches Thistlewhite up against the cage.

Thistlewhite decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Mulvaney manages to escape and get back to his feet!
Thistlewhite misses with a takedown attempt - Mulvaney sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ignatius Thistlewhite. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Mulvaney cracks Thistlewhite with a good jab.
Oh Thistlewhite is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Mulvaney tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Thistlewhite seems to have got his legs back now.
Mulvaney connects with a nice cross there... Thistlewhite is looking wobbly and Mulvaney recognises it - he's rushed in and lands two more brutal shots that send Thistlewhite to the canvas, out cold! A brutal finish to the fight - Mulvaney jumps onto the cage to celebrate with the crowd!
