Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Lynn Steinheiser!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 10 - 0, fighting out of New York, Rielly Adams!
The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Kenichi Hosakawa and Taro Takaoka.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Steinheiser has his takedown stuffed
enabling Adams to counter with a crisp jab.

Steinheiser shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Adams is trying to defend but Steinheiser finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Steinheiser wants to pass to mount but Adams is defending the position.
Steinheiser thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Adams's head.
Steinheiser takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Steinheiser is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.
Adams wants to control but Steinheiser is keeping busy and won't allow it.

Adams had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Steinheiser defends it easily.

Steinheiser postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
Steinheiser is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.

Adams working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Steinheiser doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Steinheiser manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Steinheiser postures up and lands a big shot to Adams's brow.
Steinheiser is working Adams over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

Adams is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Steinheiser rolls with it to try and escape but Adams cranks on the arm and Steinheiser is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
