Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jansen Eriksen (ranked 7718 p4p, 689 weight class) and Rick Waters (ranked 7806 p4p, 692 weight class). Eriksen comes to the ring accompanied by Black Sabbath - Iron Man. Waters has chosen Indestructible as his entrance music. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Rick Waters enters the ring!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Eriksen uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Waters.
Waters defending well as Eriksen loads up on a big left hand.
Waters misses with a hook to the body
and Eriksen connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Waters has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Eriksen throws a jab but it's blocked by Waters.
Eriksen scores with the left hand. Waters knows he should have avoided that one.
Waters is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.

Waters throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Waters fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Eriksen manages to avoid it.

Waters punishes Eriksen's body with a nice straight punch.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Eriksen has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Eriksen there as he acknowledges the shot.

Eriksen seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.

Waters takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Waters throws a nice looking combination but Eriksen bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Waters displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Eriksen throws out the jab.

and Eriksen makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.

The fighters circle momentarily. Waters darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

and Eriksen counters with a nice right hand that sends Waters toppling to the canvas! Waters scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Eriksen finish him?!
Waters is still on wobbly legs! Can Eriksen finish him?
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Eriksen steps in with a hook that catches Waters right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Eriksen follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Waters looks absolutely devastated.
