Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Asko Asinen (ranked 3043 p4p, 397 weight class) and Alex Minasian (ranked 6326 p4p, 648 weight class). Minasian is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Ara Gevorgyan - Artsakh. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Ben Zyskovitsi and Matti Vanhoillinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A punch combination from Asinen misses.
Asinen showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Minasian.
Asinen looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Minasian swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Nice uppercut there from Minasian.
Asinen tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Minasian throws out a counter right but Asinen avoids it with no problem.
Asinen throws a series of punches but Minasian avoids them all with ease.

and Minasian cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Asinen uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Minasian blocks a jab.
Asinen doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

letting Minasian counter with a right hand.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Asinen gets tagged by a hook that puts him to sleep! Minasian points and yells something to his unconcious foe before strutting off. Asinen wakes up just in time to hear Minasian thank his coaches in the post fight interview.
