The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gonzaga drops his hands momentarily and Jones takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
It looks like Emanuel Gonzaga has been cut.
Jones darts in and clinches Gonzaga up against the cage.
Jones digs a right hand underneath Gonzaga's ribcage. Gonzaga let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Gonzaga tries to break the clinch but Jones is controlling the position.
Jones just leaning against Gonzaga, taking a breather.
Gonzaga is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Jones is keeping busy.
Gonzaga throws a knee to the head but misses.

Gonzaga throws an elbow but it's blocked.

Gonzaga has had enough of the clinch but Jones keeps him there for the moment.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Jones pushes Gonzaga against the cage. Jones is working some dirty boxing. Jones pushes off with a quick right hook! Gonzaga goes down! Gonzaga tries to stand but stumbles back to his kness! Jones moves in to finish and the ref steps in to prevent any more damage!
