Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Young Carrillo (ranked 25107 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brok Drageich (ranked 7100 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Young Carrillo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Brok Drageich!
The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Roosa Järviläinen and Tarja Halkonen.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Drageich moves into the clinch successfully.

Drageich pulls Carrillo into guard.

Carrillo drops back looking for a leg! Drageich is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Drageich manages to kick Carrillo off! Carrillo jumps back into Drageich's guard.
Carrillo postures up.

Carrillo decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Drageich, up you get!

Drageich manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Carrillo on his heels. He'll look to pass Carrillo's guard now, I'm sure.

Carrillo has his feet on Drageich's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.

Drageich clinches.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Drageich breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Drageich gets a takedown into half guard.

Carrillo kicks Drageich off and gets back to his feet.
Carrillo fails to land with a series of punches.
Drageich takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

Drageich shoots in and gets a takedown into Carrillo's guard.

Carrillo pushes Drageich off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Drageich closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Carrillo throws Drageich to one side and escapes!

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Drageich has closed the distance and engaged Carrillo in a clinch.

Drageich escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Some wild striking there from Drageich.
Drageich throws an ugly left hook that misses

and Carrillo counters with a single leg into guard. Drageich didn't expect that.
Carrillo stays in close to Drageich's body and controls the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Drageich tries to land a sweep but no joy.

Carrillo got a little sloppy there for a moment and Drageich has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Carrillo has managed to get both his arms back between Drageich's legs - danger averted.

Carrillo decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
A head kick misses from Drageich.
Carrillo appears to be looking for a big counter.

Drageich gets a takedown into half guard.

Carrillo kicks Drageich off and gets back to his feet.

Carrillo gets caught napping as Drageich dives in and scores a takedown. Carrillo manages to retain guard.

Carrillo manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage.
A frustrated look appears on Carrillo's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Drageich has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Carrillo regains guard immediately.

Carrillo has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Drageich off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Young Carrillo dominated that round.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.


Young Carrillo is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Drageich has Carrillo up against the cage in a clinch.
Carrillo misses with the head strike.

Drageich's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Drageich shoots in and bounces Carrillo off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Carrillo manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage.


Carrillo is rocked!
Oh Carrillo is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Drageich has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Carrillo regains guard immediately.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Drageich trying to control but Carrillo is working from the bottom.
Young Carrillo overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Drageich pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Carrillo is keeping the position for now.

Drageich must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Carrillo seems to have got his legs back now.
Carrillo has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.
Carrillo keeping moving, preventing Drageich from controlling successfully.

Carrillo pushes a forearm under Drageich's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Drageich is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
