These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hiko throws a shot from downtown. Suckerpunch moves away and avoids it.
Suckerpunch swings wildly with a couple of big hooks

and Hiko counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Suckerpunch!
Hiko lands an elbow.
Check out the look on Hiko's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
Hiko will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Hiko has hold of Suckerpunch's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Suckerpunch tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Hiko cranks the arm and Suckerpunch screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Suckerpunch, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
