Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Andrey Tutov (ranked 2383 p4p, 119 weight class) and Shovel Knight (ranked 2929 p4p, 146 weight class). Tutov comes to the cage accompanied by Russian National Anthem. Knight has chosen X Gon' Give It To Ya as his entrance music. Andrey Tutov has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

19 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Shovel Knight!
The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Anni Minnemäki and Roosa Järviläinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tutov blocks a jab.
Tutov looks to land a left hand but Knight moved out of range nicely.
Knight tries to close the distance and clinch but Tutov swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Knight tries to clinch but Tutov is having none of it.
Tutov feinted with a counter takedown.
Knight misses with a few strikes there.
Knight tries to move into range but Tutov moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Tutov moves in looking to clinch but Knight pushes him off.
Tutov swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
It seemed like Knight was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Knight takes the fight into the clinch.
Knight scores with an uppercut up the middle.
Knight is fighting off a takedown attempt but Tutov is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Knight to the mat. Knight regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
Tutov tries to free his leg and advance position but Knight is retaining full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Knight working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Tutov doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Tutov manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Knight is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Tutov has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

Tutov pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Knight is keeping the position for now.
Tutov trying to control the position from guard on top but Knight is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Tutov sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Knight's guard.
Knight is staying active underneath Tutov, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Knight is trying to get back to full guard.
Tutov content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Knight tries to get to full guard but Tutov has control of the leg.
Knight is refusing to be controlled, as Tutov sits in half guard.
Tutov stops Knight from getting back to his feet.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Tutov seems to be looking for submissions.
Tutov seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Knight does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Tutov misses with a kick to the body.

Tutov scores with a head kick. Knight tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
Knight has Tutov up against the cage in a clinch.
Tutov looking for a takedown.

A short uppercut from Knight.
Knight lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Tutov backwards.
Tutov tries to throw a body punch but Knight avoids it by throwing Tutov back against the cage.
Tutov is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Knight lands a shoulder strike.
Tutov changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Knight fights it off and pushes away nicely.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Andrey Tutov. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Knight fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Tutov on the side of the head.
Knight moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.

Tutov moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Knight is rocked!
It looks like Shovel Knight has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Tutov dances in with a quick combination. Knight is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Tutov snaps Knight's head back. Knight stumbles backwards against the cage. Tutov steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Knight's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Knight just didn't come prepared.
