Coming up we have a light heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Tong Po (ranked 2947 p4p, 374 weight class) and Franky Ebb (ranked 24163 p4p, 726 weight class). Po comes to the ring accompanied by Advanced Training. Ebb has chosen Running Away as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Yukihiro Shimada and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ebb tries to clinch but Po moves out of range.
Po throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Ebb's head.
Po darts in and clinches Ebb up against the ropes.

The referee calls for Po to work.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Po breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

and Po counters with a series of strikes. Ebb will be more careful next time no doubt.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Po lands a head kick. Ebb smiles back at him and beckons him forward.

Po has managed to clinch.
Ebb has had enough of the clinch but Po keeps him there for the moment.
Po 's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Ebb throws a nice looking combination but Po bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Po throws out a head kick that Ebb doesn't see coming - it connects and sends Ebb crashing to the mat face first! He's bounced up to his knees and is scrambling to get back to his feet and beat the count. He's up on 5 but still looks a bit groggy; will the referee allow it to continue??? He's taking a good look into Ebb's eyes and has decided to let it go on!

Po fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Ebb, pushing him back against the ropes.

Po moves into range and clinches up with Ebb.
Po blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Ebb tries to break free but Po pushes him back against the ropes.

A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.
Po lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Po has Ebb pressed against the ropes, preventing Ebb from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

Po connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Po moves into range and clinches up with Ebb.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Po manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
Ebb takes a knee to the side of the body.
Po pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Po closes the distance and pushes Ebb back into the ropes.
A right handed body shot lands from Po .
Po stalling the fight.
Good anti-grappling being displayed by Po as Ebb tries to tie him up.
Ebb using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Po has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
That's five minutes gone in the round.
Ebb wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Ebb looking to throw knees to the head but Po is blocking nicely.
Po breaks the clinch.
Ebb should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Po scores with a one two! Ebb had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

Ebb looks to clinch
and Po counters with a straight right that drops Ebb on his ass! Ebb jumps back to his feet. He seems OK to continue so we'll get back to the action.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Ebb falls off balance throwing a combination
and Po counters with a right hand that wobbles Ebb! He's out on his feet! Po follows up with a left hook and a final right hand that knocks Ebb out cold! No need for a referee count here - this fight is all over! Po jumps onto the ropes to celebrate with his corner.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 5:44 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Tong Po !
