Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Billy Marques (ranked 2652 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alex Riley (ranked 4519 p4p, 0 weight class). Marques kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Raining Blood. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Riley throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Riley gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Marques rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Riley moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Marques throws a jab when Riley was well out of range.
Riley throws a body shot but no joy.
Marques tests Riley's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Riley misses with a straight left.
Marques jabs Riley right on the nose. Riley blinks but takes it well.
Marques lunges at Riley with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Riley's hand.

Riley avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Marques connects with a body shot that sends Riley's belly button to the back.
Marques scores with a hook to the body. Riley takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.

Marques connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Riley tumbling to the canvas! Marques pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Riley was done - good stoppage!
