Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Manny Kamara (ranked 3783 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bruce Dante (ranked 5179 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Manny Kamara!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Bruce Dante!
The judges for this bout are Bart Greer, Michael Johnstone and Sandra Marshall.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A punch combination from Dante misses.
Dante looks to score with a jab to the body but Kamara is just out of range.
Kamara shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Dante as he avoids it easily.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Dante.
Kamara shoots in looking for a takedown. Dante tries to sprawl out of it but Kamara keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Dante manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Dante lands with a right hand.

It looks like Manny Kamara has been cut.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Dante connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Kamara momentarily.
Kamara tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Dante defends well and Kamara ends up having to push Dante into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Manny Kamara. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Kamara takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Kamara definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Bruce Dante seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Donk. Dante catches Kamara right on the button with a cross.

Kamara is rocked!

That's one minute gone in the round.
Dante listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Oh Kamara is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Dante looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Kamara misses with a body shot.
Dante swinging wildly here.
Kamara changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.
Kamara tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Dante paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Kamara seems to have got his legs back now.
Dante throws out a powerful jab.

Oh, that's a big right hand from Dante and Kamara goes tumbling to the canvas! Dante follows him to the ground and looks to finish from half guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Dante decides to stand up.
Dante slips a jab from Kamara.
Kamara scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.

Bruce Dante tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
