Coming up we have a super heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Atif Muhammad (ranked 22666 p4p, 163 weight class) and Vatli Drago (ranked 23634 p4p, 164 weight class). Atif Muhammad has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 8 - 0, fighting out of London, Atif Muhammad!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, Vatli Drago!
The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Saam Ante and Aafke Stam.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Muhammad walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

It looks like Atif Muhammad has been cut.
Muhammad is looking to clinch but Drago is avoiding it.
Some wild striking there from Drago.
Drago lands a two punch combo.
Muhammad tries to clinch up but Drago circles away and keeps his distance.
Drago fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Drago tries a head kick but it misses.

Muhammad drives through and clinches with Drago against the ropes.

Drago breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Drago lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Muhammad with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Muhammad doesn't manage to clinch there - Drago circles away.

Drago has taken the fight to the clinch.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Drago's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Drago stalks Muhammad and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Muhammad's face. Muhammad staggers backwards, shaken.

Atif Muhammad's cut is getting worse.
Muhammad on the wrong end of a kick to the body.

Drago rushes Muhammad and presses him up against the ropes.

Drago's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Drago scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Drago lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.
Drago has Muhammad pressed against the ropes, preventing Muhammad from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Muhammad is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.

Drago breaks from the clinch.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Drago moves into the clinch.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Muhammad wants to get back to striking at distance but Drago won't allow it.
Muhammad looking to stall.
Drago has Muhammad pressed against the ropes, preventing Muhammad from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Muhammad makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.

Drago breaks the clinch.
A head kick by Muhammad misses
and Drago counters with a two punch combo.

Jeez, Atif Muhammad's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Atif Muhammad's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
