The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Will tries a low kick but Sitsongrit avoids it.
Will throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Sitsongrit.

It looks like Petdee Sitsongrit has been cut.
Sitsongrit moves out of range as Will strikes.
Sitsongrit is trying to counter with his kicks.
Sitsongrit is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Will.
An attempted straight right counter from Will misses the target.
Will misses with a hook to the body
and Sitsongrit counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Will throws a jab but it's blocked by Sitsongrit.
Will scores with a nice right hand.
Will lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Sitsongrit circles away quickly and effectively.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Will drops his hands momentarily. Sitsongrit doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Will staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Will doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.

Petdee Sitsongrit decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
