The crowd seem to be enjoying Knox's choice of entrance music: Five Finger Death Punch | Bad Company . Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, David Schapiro and Columbo Gatti.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith throws the left hand but Knox avoids the punch easily.
Knox scores with a jab. Smith acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Knox clinches.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Knox creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Smith tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Still in the clinch, Smith scores with a nice short uppercut.

Knox goes for a body shot but it's blocked.

Knox drops Smith onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Smith is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Knox's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Oh Smith is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Smith throws a shot from downtown. Knox moves away and avoids it.

Smith gets tackled into the cage by Knox. Knox maintains the clinch.

Knox lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.
Knox pushes Smith back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.

Knox blocks a punch to the side of the head.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Knox creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Knox works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Knox pushes Smith against the cage. Knox is working some dirty boxing. Knox pushes off with a quick right hook! Smith goes down! Smith tries to stand but stumbles back to his kness! Knox moves in to finish and the ref steps in to prevent any more damage!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:19 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Zeta Knox!
