Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Tahjet Davimenikov!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Ono Kuronoa!
The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, Jorge Garcia and Reed Andrews.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Davimenikov takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Kuronoa lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Davimenikov fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Nice takedown defense from Kuronoa. No joy for Davimenikov on that attempt.
Kuronoa closes the distance and lands a one-two.
No joy there for Davimenikov, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Davimenikov's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Kuronoa connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Davimenikov scrambles back to his feet.
Tahjet Davimenikov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Davimenikov walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Kuronoa closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Kuronoa scores with a jab to the jaw.
Kuronoa goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Kuronoa sizes up Davimenikov with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Davimenikov throws a combination that misses
and Kuronoa counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Davimenikov takes a jab right on the kisser.
Kuronoa lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Davimenikov has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Davimenikov dives in and grabs Kuronoa's left leg, looking for a takedown. Kuronoa pushes down on Davimenikov's head and hops out.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tahjet Davimenikov. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Kuronoa lands a jab-cross combination.


Davimenikov is rocked!
Kuronoa circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Davimenikov to the canvas! Davimenikov doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Kuronoa keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!
