Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Johnny Vegas (ranked 1255 p4p, 147 weight class) and Nomor Gai (ranked 2285 p4p, 269 weight class). Gai is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Alice Cooper No More Mr. Nice Guy. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gai takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

Gai feints and then cracks Vegas's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Vegas down.

Vegas has managed to clinch.

Gai's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
