Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between John Wall (ranked 3842 p4p, 421 weight class) and Robb Stark (ranked 3585 p4p, 397 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Wall might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Metallica - Enter Sandman. John Wall has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, for the lightweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, John Wall!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Robb Stark!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Alan Glass and Tiny Johnson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wall blocks a low kick nicely.
Nice body kick from Wall.
Stark chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Wall avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Wall blocks a head kick by Stark.
Robb Stark seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Stark scores with a head kick.
Wall definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Wall throws a head kick but Stark moves out of range.
Stark throws a leg kick
and Wall counters with a one-two to the body.
Stark misses with a head kick.

Wall moves into range and clinches up with Stark.

Stark has Wall pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Stark pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Wall tumbling to the mat - Stark dives into Wall's guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Stark is looking to work some ground and pound but Wall has wrist control.
Stark throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Wall works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

Stark not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Wall avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Wall will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Stark in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Stark throws a big right hand that misses.
Stark wants to control from the top but Wall keeps moving.
Wall utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

Stark drops back looking for a leg! Wall is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Wall manages to kick Stark off! Stark jumps back into Wall's guard.
Stark throws a big elbow that misses.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Stark working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Stark postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
Stark wants to control from the top but Wall keeps moving.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Stark accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Stark's corner. There ya go! There ya go!

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Stark looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Stark pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Stark keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Stark thumps Wall with a low kick.
Stark throws a looping overhand right but Wall ducks down to avoid it.
Wall lifts his leg as if looking to counter with a high kick.

Stark throwing shots but missing, from side control.
Stark has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Wall knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Stark on the ground.

Wall takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Stark connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Wall some visible discomfort.

Stark in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.
Stark creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Wall sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
Stark tries to score with some ground and pound. Wall controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

That kick from Stark tenderised Wall's leg. Wall is trying to keep his angry face on.

The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Stark checks a leg kick.

Stark fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Wall.

Wall really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Stark throws a leg kick which misses Wall's front leg but catches the back leg as Wall tries to avoid it.

Wall takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?

Stark feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Wall's calf.
Stark dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Wall. That did some damage!

A head kick lands from Stark that sends Wall to the canvas. Wall tries to scramble back to his feet but Stark brings him back down into side control.

Wall on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Wall tries to get out of the position.

Stark looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Oh Wall is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
