The judges for this bout are Bart Greer, Winston Alpacca and Santiago Holmes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kadyrev tries to clinch but Berry moves out of range.

Berry circles away from the clinch attempt.

so Berry counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Kadyrev pushes Berry off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.
Berry avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Kadyrev tries to clinch but Berry is having none of it.
Berry keeps the fight on the outside.
Kadyrev moves in looking to clinch but Berry pushes him off.
Kadyrev stuffs the takedown.
Kadyrev tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Berry paws at him with a jab and circles away.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Berry is working for takedown but Kadyrev is calmly controlling the position for now.
Kadyrev gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Berry regains guard.

Berry has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Kadyrev doesn't defend quickly enough and Berry has managed to lock this one up! Can Kadyrev escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Berry on a fantastic submission victory.

After the fight, Jerry Berry was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
