Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Estefan Sanchez (ranked 11946 p4p, 0 weight class) and Monsun Moon (ranked 6258 p4p, 0 weight class). Sanchez comes to the cage accompanied by Lil'Wayne - Right Above It feat. Drake. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Monsun Moon enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 29 - 19 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Monsun Moon!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Hirohito Nitta and Sosuke Kotani.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Moon throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Sanchez is fighting off a takedown attempt but Moon is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Sanchez to the mat. Sanchez regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Moon is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Sanchez has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Moon is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position.

Sanchez feints and as Moon raises his hands in defense, Sanchez changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Sanchez went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.

Sanchez shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Moon eats them both and turns towards Sanchez to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Moon stalks Sanchez and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Sanchez's face. Sanchez staggers backwards, shaken.
Sanchez tries for a takedown but Moon sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

We've been told by Sanchez's head coaches at Blackscar Fitness that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Moon ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Sanchez moves away.

Moon tries to bum rush Sanchez with a series of wild strikes but Sanchez uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Well Moon has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
