Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jay Black (ranked 4161 p4p, 330 weight class) and Chiharu Shiba (ranked 4513 p4p, 352 weight class). Shiba has chosen Godsmack - Immune & Sick Puppies - Survive as his entrance music. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Chiharu Shiba enters the cage!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Black rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
letting Shiba counter with a right hand.
The fighters circling - Black throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Shiba is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Black with a body shot.
Black throws a lazy uppercut
enabling Shiba to counter with a crisp jab.

Black is rocked!

Shiba clinches up with Black and pushes him back against the cage.
Oh Black is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Shiba looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Black is trying to break free.

Shiba breaks from the clinch.
Black seems to have got his legs back now.
Black scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Shiba scores with a crisp jab that stopped Black in his tracks.
Shiba waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Black.
Shiba works Black's body with a nice hook.
Black looks up at the clock. Bad move! Shiba lands a right hand from hell, dropping Black. Shiba pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Chiharu Shiba!
Chiharu Shiba decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
