And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dalip Singh!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Frank Dennis and Alan Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Singh throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Pankratios sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Singh wants to clinch but Pankratios slips to the side
and Pankratios counters with a nice body shot.
Dalip Singh seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Pankratios uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Singh.
Pankratios misses with a body shot.
Singh tries to clinch up
and Pankratios connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.


It looks like Dalip Singh has been cut.
Pankratios shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Pankratios shoots in but Singh avoids the takedown attempt easily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Pankratios shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Singh defends it nicely.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Pankratios's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Pankratios jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Singh walks away with a smile on his face. Pankratios gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Pankratios is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Singh can do to turn this around?
Singh bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.

Singh forces Pankratios back against the cage and clinches.
Pankratios wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Pankratios tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Singh smiles and moves away.
