Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jack Coldbane (ranked 2172 p4p, 235 weight class) and Nikolaos Prouxontas (ranked 706 p4p, 76 weight class). Prouxontas is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Σταμάτης Γονί&#. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Coldbane tries to close the distance and clinch up but Prouxontas swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Prouxontas's coach down at Rabid Dog was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Prouxontas's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Prouxontas drops Coldbane with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Coldbane! Prouxontas dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!

After winning the bout, Nikolaos Prouxontas thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
Jack Coldbane spoke after the fight, saying 'I Will be back and mark my words " I will bring the Pain"'.
