The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva wants to clinch.
Trudeau dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

Silva tries for a kimura but Trudeau is defending well.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Silva goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Trudeau turns into him and now he's in Silva's guard.

Silva working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Trudeau doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Trudeau manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Silva seems to have improved his submission grappling technique since last time we saw him. Let's see if he can pull off a submission.
