Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Bazar Al Jhit!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bobo Fernandez!
The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Yukihiro Shimada and Tatsuya Matsuyama.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Fernandez got a little sloppy there for a moment and Al Jhit has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Fernandez has managed to get both his arms back between Al Jhit's legs - danger averted.

Al Jhit is looking for a sweep. Fernandez is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

The fight stays on the outside here - Al Jhit looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Bazar Al Jhit seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Al Jhit has been working on his balance at Fit-Out, so perhaps that has help him stuff some of the takedown attempts by Fernandez.

Al Jhit throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Fernandez on the side of the head.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

A very excited looking Bazar Al Jhit rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
