Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Fidel Sweet (ranked 8113 p4p, 0 weight class) and Charly Viguier (ranked 4306 p4p, 485 weight class). Viguier is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Kebra. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Viguier fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Sweet sprawls well initially but Viguier persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Sweet is looking to control Viguier's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Sweet avoid being mounted?
Sweet tries to get to full guard but Viguier has control of the leg.

Viguier wants to pass to mount but Sweet is defending the position.

Viguier takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Sweet knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Viguier on the ground.
It looks like Viguier might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

Viguier is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.

Still in half guard, Viguier seems content to control.

Viguier is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Sweet's half guard.
Viguier seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.

Viguier is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Sweet knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Viguier is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Sweet's shoulder. That is not cool.

Viguier has hold of Sweet's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Sweet tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Viguier cranks the arm and Sweet screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Sweet, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
