Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Coleman Rowe (ranked 24216 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tricky The Kid (ranked 5807 p4p, 0 weight class). The Kid has chosen All about the Benjamins as his entrance music. Coleman Rowe has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Roger Salmon, Jeff Smith and Ryoma Takatsuka.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The Kid throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

The Kid looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Rowe!
The Kid landing with strikes to the head and body from side control.
A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.
The Kid looking to control but instead Rowe has slipped a leg in, to regain half guard.

The Kid seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Rowe lands one or two decent shots to the body here. Although from his own half guard, he's not going to be causing too much damage.

The Kid is taking a breather. Rowe says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

The Kid is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Rowe sees it coming and defends easily.
The Kid uses his free foot to push down on Rowe's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Rowe.

Rowe knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for The Kid on the ground.

It looks like The Kid might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.

The Kid has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Rowe's face.

It looks like Coleman Rowe has been cut.

The Kid lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.

Rowe is rocked!
The Kid has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
The Kid unloads with some vicious shots from mount and Rowe wants out - he looks towards the referee who steps in to save him! The Kid celebrates on the cage and the crowd goes wild!

In his post fight interview, Tricky The Kid started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
