Coming up we have a heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Giennadiy Tchestov (ranked 2687 p4p, 288 weight class) and Flavio Guidi (ranked 7105 p4p, 584 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tchestov connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Guidi tries to land a leg kick but Tchestov saw it coming and moves away.

Tchestov closes the distance and scores with a big combo that sends Guidi crashing to the mat! Guidi uses the ropes to get back to his feet and beat the count. The referee looks concerned but he's going to allow it to continue!

It looks like Flavio Guidi has been cut.
Guidi fails to land with a series of punches.
It looked like Tchestov was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Guidi blocks a head kick by Tchestov.
Tchestov tries a head kick but it misses.

Tchestov throws a right hand that Guidi ducks under and follows up with a left that Guidi also avoids with ease.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Tchestov. Guidi shrugs it off though.
The crowd cheers as Tchestov lands an impressive looking overhand right. Guidi doesn't seem phased though.
