Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Arod Doyea (ranked 2717 p4p, 246 weight class) and Ernie Tertelgte (ranked 1498 p4p, 153 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Doyea lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Tertelgte feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Doyea's calf.

The fighters circling - Tertelgte throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

Doyea comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
It looks like Doyea has been trying to sharpen up his punching technique, as it looks crisper than last time we saw him.

Tertelgte is rocked!
Doyea flashes Tertelgte a smile before throwing a beast of a right hand, straight down the pipe. Tertelgte's eyes follow the hand right onto his nose, taking in it's full glory... and then darkness. Tertelgte crumples to the floor! He's out cold! Doyea punches the air and yells at the top of his lungs - yeeeeeeeeeeah!!!! This one is all over!
