The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Petkov stuffs the takedown attempt from Kentrez. Kentrez gets slowly back to his feet.
Petkov circles away from the clinch attempt.
Kentrez shoots in and drives through. Petkov sprawls well.
Kentrez tries to close the distance and clinch but Petkov swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Kentrez prevents Petkov from breaking the clinch.

Petkov is trying to trip Kentrez. He has hold of a leg but Kentrez is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Petkov persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
Kentrez wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Petkov manages to pass to side control.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Petkov thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.

Petkov escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Kentrez gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Well Petkov has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
