Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Graham England!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Antonio Barrera!
The judges for this bout are Valeri Chadov, Sergei Dronov and Igor Prikhodko.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barrera cracks a nice hook into England's ribs.
Barrera dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Barrera comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Barrera lands with an uppercut that bounces England off the cage and back into range.
Barrera moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
England walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
England with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Barrera to score with a decent uppercut.
England throws a right and a left that Barrera avoids nicely.
Barrera is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
England takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Barrera throws a left and a right that both miss

so England counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Barrera trying to control the position.
England keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Barrera's head.
Barrera working a defensive guard but England passes into half guard.
Barrera wants to control but England is keeping busy.
England takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
England lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Barrera is trying to defend against the ground and pound but England scores with a couple of nice shots.
England is nestled in close to Barrera, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Barrera is trying to control but England manages to pass to mount!
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Barrera is working to get back to half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, England cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

England quickly switches position and commits to an armbar! It's a big risk for England but it's paid off an Barrera is forced to tap! Nice work by England.
