Coming up we have a super heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Shane Ripgut (ranked 4594 p4p, 97 weight class) and Cornelius Stinkhammer (ranked 20259 p4p, 157 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Ripgut might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Eminence front-the who. Stinkhammer has chosen Ghost - Square Hammer as his entrance music. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stinkhammer fails to land with a series of punches.

Ripgut has been working on his boxing with his coaches at London MMA Club in the buildup to the fight.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Ripgut lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Stinkhammer circles away quickly and effectively.

Stinkhammer avoids the head kick by Ripgut.

Ripgut clips Stinkhammer with a right and a left that makes him do the chicken dance for a couple of seconds. He touched his left hand down on the canvas so the referee steps between the fighters to give Stinkhammer a standing 8 count before we can continue the bout.

Ripgut rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Stinkhammer moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Ripgut looks for a left high kick but can't connect. Ripgut backs up to catch a breather... no he lunges forward with a huge flying knee that smacks Stinkhammer's temple! It sends Stinkhammer violently to the canvas! The crowd goes nuts as Ripgut celebrates and the doctors try to help Stinkhammer!

Shane Ripgut decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
Cornelius Stinkhammer was interviewed post fight and said 'that man over there hit me in the head'.
