Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Constantine Kermit (ranked 131 p4p, 21 weight class) and David Wuzz (ranked 301 p4p, 47 weight class). David Wuzz has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 26 - 14 - 1, fighting out of New York, Constantine Kermit!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 26 - 19 - 0, fighting out of New York, David Wuzz!
The judges for this bout are , Frank Antenori and Jack Bonds.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wuzz takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.
A swing and a miss from Kermit.
Kermit scores with a jab to the body.
Kermit with a nice cross.
Wuzz misses with a few strikes there.
A little feinted left hand from Kermit on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Wuzz lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Kermit circles away quickly and effectively.
It looked like Kermit wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Kermit avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Wuzz dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Kermit misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Wuzz.

Wuzz changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Kermit looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The referee asks Wuzz politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Wuzz prefers to stall for the moment though.
Wuzz's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Wuzz darts in and clinches Kermit up against the cage.
Kermit lands a nice shot to the body.
Wuzz jumps guard but Kermit turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Wuzz perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Wuzz seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Kermit does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Wuzz might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Kermit haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

I would just about give that final round to David Wuzz.
