Poohs comes to the cage accompanied by Dancing Teeth. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blitz shoots in for a double leg but Poohs sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Poohs looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Blitz throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Poohs's waist but Poohs gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Blitz off to one side.

This has been an exciting period of action!

Poohs misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Blitz has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Poohs finds it's way round the side to connect with Blitz's head.
Poohs circles away from the clinch attempt.
The fighters circling - Poohs throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Poohs feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Blitzs jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Poohs throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Blitz has his takedown stuffed
and Poohs counters with a straight right hand.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The cut man is working on John Blitz's cut.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!

Poohs cracks Blitz on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Blitz falls backwards against the cage. Poohs follows up with more strikes that drop Blitz to his knees. Poohs keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Blitz! This one is all over!

Our winner, Conrad Poohs, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
John Blitz spoke after the fight, saying 'Have to train my wrestling'.
