Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Marco Blurström and Tarja Halkonen.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Leene misses with a right hand
and Wilson counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.
Leene lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Wilson circles away quickly and effectively.
Wilson could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Leene misses the jab.
Nice defenses there by Wilson.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Wilson is defended easily by Leene.
A little jabbing left from Leene on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Leene steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Wilson. That one must have hurt.

and Wilson counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Leene throws a lazy right hand but Wilson sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Leene throws a series of punches but Wilson avoids them all with ease.
Wilson throws a big counter combination but Leene scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.

and Leene counters into the clinch. Nicely done.

Wilson breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Wilson lands with a nice combination. Leene backs away looking to recover.
Wilson throws a head kick that half lands.
Wilson misses the shot to the body.
Wilson feints a jab promting Leene to slip. Wilson then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Leene slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Leene will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Wilson takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.

Wilson quickly followed up with a counter body kick but doesn't connect.
Leene throws a series of punches but Wilson moves out of range.
Wilson attempts a counter takedown but Leene avoids it well and moves away.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Wilson bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

That was a close round but I would say that Oren Wilson will probably get the nod.

Wilson feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Leene's calf.

Leene takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Wilson lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Wilson.
Wilson is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Leene can do to turn this around?
Leene shoots in looking for a takedown but Wilson manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Leene's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Wilson moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.

and Wilson counters with a good, hard body kick but Leene shrugs it off.
Wilson wants to clinch.

Wilson pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.

Wilson has Leene up against the cage in a clinch.
Leene misses with a short punch on the inside.
Leene lands a left hand that snaps the head of Wilson backwards.
Wilson wants to break free but Leene has control.

Wilson breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Wilson throws out a powerful jab.
Leene tries to score a power double leg takedown but Wilson sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Leene somewhat.

and Leene counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Wilson!

Leene is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Wilson is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Leene is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Wilson's shoulder. That is not cool.
Leene in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.

Leene throws an elbow but Wilson slips to the side and avoids it well.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Wilson is letting Leene control him for a moment.
Wilson trying his best to control but Leene has mounted him.
Leene lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Wilson might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Wilson keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Leene controlling the position easily from mount.

Wilson tries to hold on but Leene postures up.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Leene is stalling here but it's allowed Wilson to get half guard.

Kusi Leene comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
