Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between James Lang (ranked 2463 p4p, 62 weight class) and Fanta Coco (ranked 1300 p4p, 37 weight class). Lang kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Planet Rock. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Coco takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

It looks like Fanta Coco has been cut.
Coco lands with a nice combination. Lang backs away looking to recover.
Lang checks a low kick from Coco.
Coco ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Lang moves away.
Lang swings widly with a right hand
and Coco counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
A low kick from Lang is predictable there
and Coco counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Lang throws a hook to the side of Coco's head but Coco sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Coco dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Coco blocks a low kick nicely.
Lang throws a lazy uppercut
and Coco counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Lang fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Coco manages to avoid it.
No joy there for Lang, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Lang throws a leg kick but Coco moved away.
Lang throws a series of punches but Coco avoids them all with ease.
Lang misses with a double jab.

Coco doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

Lang loads up on a big right hand but Coco slips the punch.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Coco! But no joy.
Coco throws a hook to the side of Lang's head but Lang sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Lang motions for Coco to come forward. Lang throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Coco blocks a low kick nicely.

and Coco counters with a three punch combo that has Lang backing up. Lang nods at Coco to acknowledge the strikes.
Lang uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Coco.

Lang throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Coco counters with an outside leg kick.
James Lang seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A big right from Lang misses.
A jab from Coco finds it's way through Lang's defenses.
Coco punishes Lang's body with a nice straight punch.
The crowd cheers as Coco lands an impressive looking overhand right. Lang doesn't seem phased though.
Lang on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Coco. Coco obviously looking to wear him down.

Coco scores with a hook to the body. Lang takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.

Lang throws the left hand but Coco avoids the punch easily.
Coco takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
