The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Garda tries to keep at a distance but Compo has taken the fight into the clinch.

Compo cracks Garda with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Garda looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Compo finish him?

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
