The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hilton moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Wagdy will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Hilton misses with a hook. Wagdy ducked under it nicely.
Hilton throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Hilton moves into the clinch successfully.
Wagdy takes a shot to the head.
Hilton lands an elbow that stopped Wagdy in his tracks for a moment.

Wagdy is trying to pull guard but Hilton has him pressed against the cage.

Hilton throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.

Wagdy jumps guard but Hilton stands there with Wagdy around his waist. Wagdy gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Hilton is pressed up against the cage. Wagdy has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Hilton down to the mat. Hilton avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Wagdy shoots in looking for a takedown. Hilton tries to sprawl out of it but Wagdy keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Hilton manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Wagdy is breathing heavily.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Hilton creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Wagdy jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Hilton walks away with a smile on his face. Wagdy gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Hilton pushes Wagdy back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.

Hilton lands an elbow that stopped Wagdy in his tracks for a moment.
Oh Wagdy is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Hilton makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.

Hilton digs a right hand underneath Wagdy's ribcage. Wagdy let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Hilton lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.

Hilton lands a left hand.
Hilton pushes Wagdy against the cage. Hilton is working some dirty boxing. Hilton pushes off with a quick right hook! Wagdy goes down! Wagdy tries to stand but stumbles back to his kness! Hilton moves in to finish and the ref steps in to prevent any more damage!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:11 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Fenton Hilton!
