Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Washington misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Leonard half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.

Leonard gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Washington to score an easy takedown into full guard.

Leonard is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Washington presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat.
Washington looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Washington works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.
Leonard could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Washington slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
