Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Bobby Bianchi (ranked 1822 p4p, 219 weight class) and Junior Iron (ranked 979 p4p, 120 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Bobby Bianchi!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Junior Iron!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Wesley Smith and Frank Dennis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bianchi fails with the takedown
and Iron counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Iron slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Bianchi throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Iron's waist but Iron gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Bianchi off to one side.
Iron throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Bianchi dives in and grabs Iron's left leg, looking for a takedown. Iron pushes down on Bianchi's head and hops out.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Bobby Bianchi. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Bianchi fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Iron avoids it really well and circles away.
Iron wants to clinch but Bianchi slips to the side

and Bianchi counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Iron is trying to control but can't.
Iron wants to improve his position but Bianchi is controlling well.

Iron looking for submissions off his back.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Bianchi is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Iron is just riding it out for now. Bianchi eventually gives up the hold.
Iron is trying to stand.
Bianchi prevents Iron from improving his position.
Bianchi wants to take a breather but Iron is having none of it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Iron is looking for a sweep. Bianchi is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Iron is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Bianchi seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Iron is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
