Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kukulcan Tonga (ranked 3326 p4p, 368 weight class) and Antonio Santana (ranked 2488 p4p, 290 weight class). Santana comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Check My Swag kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Antonio Santana has the eye of the tiger tonight.

The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, Reed Andrews and Bruno Lombardi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Santana tries to clinch up but Tonga circles away and keeps his distance.
Tonga avoids the head kick by Santana.
Tonga swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Santana with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Tonga to score with a decent uppercut.
Santana scoring well with a low kick there.
Santana takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

Tonga has a takedown stuffed.
A little jabbing left from Santana on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Tonga throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Tonga shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Santana but Santana pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Santana tries to clinch up but Tonga circles away and keeps his distance.
Santana tries to move into range but Tonga moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Santana, as that shot connected.

enabling Tonga to counter with a crisp jab.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Tonga shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Tonga was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Santana is not content to let Tonga control the position.
Tonga working the ground and pound but Santana is defending the strikes.

Tonga tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Tonga has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Santana is doing well to avoid being mounted. He's controlling the position at the moment.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Tonga wants to work for an arm triangle but Santana is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Santana is looking for a sweep. Tonga is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Tonga is looking for a kimura but Santana is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Tonga to get the leverage.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
Tonga keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Santana.
Santana throws a low kick but Tonga avoids it.
Santana misses with a straight right.
Santana looks to land a right hand but Tonga moved out of range.
Santana clobbers Tonga with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Tonga has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Santana finds it's way round the side to connect with Tonga's head.
Tonga shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Santana sprawls well. Santana wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Tonga gets slowly back to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kukulcan Tonga. That's going to take a lot out of him.
A looping hook to the body misses from Tonga. Santana does a little dance to reset his feet.
A nice side step and Santana releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
Tonga lands a lovely overhand right.
Tonga punishes Santana's body with a nice straight punch.
Tonga's corner calls for a 1-2. Tonga obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

and Tonga counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.

Tonga shoots in looking for a takedown. Santana tries to sprawl out of it but Tonga keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Santana manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Despite the aggression on Santana's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.

Santana throws a poor cross that misses
and Tonga counters with a nice body kick.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Santana lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Tonga has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Tonga and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Tonga looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger.
Tonga wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

Santana throws a jab when Tonga was well out of range.
Santana takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Tonga cracks Santana with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.

Santana scores with the left hand. Tonga knows he should have avoided that one.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

and Tonga counters with a left to the body.

We are yet to see a takedown attempt from Santana in the fight. On paper you would think he is the more dominant ground fighter so let's see if these unusual tactics pay off.

and Tonga counters with a huge left! Santana is in big trouble! He's backing up but Tonga isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Santana from any more damage. A dominating finish by Tonga!

A very excited looking Kukulcan Tonga made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
