Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ezekiel Ithamar (ranked 333 p4p, 43 weight class) and Kim Rhee Daebyeol (ranked 1582 p4p, 197 weight class). Ithamar comes to the cage accompanied by Yamma Ensemble Psalms 104. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Ithamar clinches up against the cage.
Ithamar is looking to take this one to the mat.
Daebyeol goes for a takedown attempt but Ithamar pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Daebyeol shoots in for a takedown but Ithamar shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Ithamar has closed the distance and engaged Daebyeol in a clinch.
Ithamar gets through Daebyeol's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Daebyeol is trying to drag Ithamar to the mat but Ithamar just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Ezekiel Ithamar has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kim Rhee Daebyeol.
Daebyeol lands a body shot.
Ithamar goes for a takedown attempt but Daebyeol pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Daebyeol misses with a hook. Ithamar ducked under it nicely.
Daebyeol shoots for a double leg takedown but Ithamar sprawls well. He's pushed Daebyeol's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Daebyeol can do anything to dispel that myth.

Ithamar throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Daebyeol has his hands clasped together but Ithamar breaks the hold and Daebyeol is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Ithamar!
