The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vasara takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Vasara takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Vasara on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Alt keeps the fight on the outside.
Alt fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Vasara tries to clinch but Alt moves away
and Vasara takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Alt throws a shot to the body.
Vasara darts in trying to clinch
and Alt counters with a nice uppercut.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

enabling Alt to counter with a crisp jab.

It looks like Sami Vasara has been cut.
Alt fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Vasara to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Vasara looks to clinch but Alt throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Vasara taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
