Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Demetrius Tektas (ranked 1525 p4p, 195 weight class) and Juan Fonseca (ranked 941 p4p, 116 weight class). Tektas comes to the cage accompanied by Alexander The Great. Demetrius Tektas has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tektas steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Fonseca.
Fonseca throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Tektas tries to counter with a takedown but Fonseca is quick to defend against it.
Tektas walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Tektas moves away from the strike by Fonseca.
Tektas throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.

Juan Fonseca seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Fonseca misses with a hook. Tektas ducked under it nicely.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

That was a close second round but I would say that Demetrius Tektas will probably get the nod.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Demetrius Tektas.
